About John Harvey
I’m John Harvey, and I have served in full-time ministry since 1990. I’ve been a student pastor, associate pastor, lead pastor, missionary, and director of a faith-based nonprofit. My goal is to encourage and equip leaders in ministry at every stage.
Ministry Experience
I have been actively involved in student ministry throughout my entire ministry. My experiences have given me insight into common challenges ministry leaders face and how to navigate them successfully.
My Journey
After following Christ in high school, I drifted in my walk for several years. Those experiences taught me the importance of mature believers pouring into the lives of students.
My wife, Alana, and I have been married for 35 years. We have four children — three biological and one bonus blessing — and live in Port St. Lucie, FL with our dog, Dixie. We are empty nesters who love the outdoors, cheering for the Los Angeles Dodgers, and all things University of Tennessee.
